I qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in July 2023 at the Hollistic Academy and have had a lifelong interest in sport. I have participated and been involved in a wide variety of Sports. After A levels, I completed a degree in Sport and Exercise Science BSc(Hons) and have worked as a PE teacher in the local area for the past 23 years. My recent experience of seeing the benefits of Sports Massage, led me to train in this field to be able to offer my knowledge and expertise so others can experience the same positive outcomes; relieving tension, stress and improving general well being. I am committed to providing personalised care tailored to each client.
